How do you ship the item?
We ship with Registered Thai Airmail which is a very reliable service.
Sending a registered mail, insure both us and the customer, that the package arrive to its destination.
How long I have to wait until I receive the goods?
We ship the order within 3 business days (usually within 24 hours), after that it takes up to 21 days for the package to arrive.
(usually before 14 days)
If you didn't receive the package within 21 days, please contact us by email so we can check with the post service.
What is the return policy?
We offer 30 days return policy on all item purchased. If you're not satisfied with the item, please contact us and return the item to us with its original conditions.
We can only refund the item charge but cannot refund shipping charges.
